It's a very approachable cocktail for the newcomer, with a nice smoothness and the St Germain giving it a slightly floral quality. I was a bit surprised the tropical flavors on the St Germain didn't surface more, but it still has the elegance of a classic cocktail. Easily making a newcomer feel at ease in the classics. Just as you said, old-hands may look for more in a cocktail, but this does just as intended, integrate a neophyte into the beautiful world of cocktails. Thanks for creating the Spring Blossom.
